In case of urgent questions (e .g. after swallowing a product with active ingredient), please contact the 24-hour emergency-information-service of the Poison Information Center Freiburg.

It is important that the following information is provided to the Poison Control Center:

• Who (age, weight of patient)  
• What (exact nameof the toxic substance / product, as read from the label (if available))
• When (time of ingestion)
• Which amount (exact amount / maximum possible amount of ingestion)
• Which actions have already been taken?
• What is the patient’s status?
• What are the contact details of the person calling? (Phone number)
